Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The item is not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe

All other situations are not eligible for refunds or returns.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.


MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

If your order is not fully delivered:
• Please allow the full delivery window of 30–45 business days
• Items may arrive separately depending on warehouse location

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery time: 30–45 business days

Delays may occur due to:
• High demand
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing

These factors are outside of our control.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.


CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Customers must contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution, as most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
